Keep plugging away at it. It's taken me a lot longer than that to earn a few hundred a month. Some make it easy, some do it the hard way. Right now things are slow everywhere, Adsense clicks are down as is the amount per click, so don't fret. It will pick up, and so will your traffic over time. Just keep blogging away, add new posts regularly, the old ones will still get hit on, especially if they are not time sensitive, like news stories etc. It’s a good start. Keep plugging away at it.
